Step-by-Step Guide to Pack a Laptop

Wrap the Laptop with Bubble Wrap

Spread bubble wrap on a table (Double Layer)
Place the laptop in the centre
Fold the laptop in bubble wrap, ensuring a 2-3-inch thickness
Use tape to secure the packing, especially around the edges

Cover the Wrapped Laptop in Plastic

Spread a plastic sheet on a table.
Place the wrapped laptop in the center
Fold the laptop in the plastic sheet and use tape for a tight packing

Select the Right Shipping Box

Use the original laptop box (inside another box) or a larger cardboard box if the original isn't available. Extra space allows an extra buffer of protection

Place the Laptop Inside the Box

Apply a layer or two of packaging material in the bottom of the box
Place the laptop in the centre
Add additional packaging in the remaining space

Perform a Shake Test

Partially securing the box with tape, perform a shake test to ensure the laptop remains in place. Add more packing material if necessary

Secure the Box
Close the box and seal it with high-quality packaging tape.- Attach “Fragile” labels and a Lithium battery handling label with your phone number.
